Odessa National Medical University a government University situated in the city of Odessa, Ukraine; left a significant mark in the history of medical education of Ukraine and for many years it clinched its existence- the medical faculty of the Novorossiysk University was opened. The medical faculty soon became one of the most prestigious medical faculties in the Russian Empire. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, it became Odessa State Medical University in the independent Ukrainian Republic.

O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University was established in 1841, with an aim of providing great virtue and excellence. O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University is known to have a world-class sports complex which offers various facilities to the enrolled students and encourage them to have holistic development. The sports activities that are included in the complex are – swimming pool, a wellness club, exercise centres, football stadium, sports ground for handball, tennis court, and volleyball court and so on.

Accomodation

There are 6 Hostels, all hostel rooms are fully furnished and vary in size and with number of conveniences. Two or three students can share the room. The university offers separate arrangements for boys and girls. In the hostel, each room is attached with kitchen is provided for students to cook food to their own taste. All rooms in hostels are provided with internet facility. All the hostels are under the protection of the police during 24*7.

Student Life

Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University was inaugurated in the year of 1945, at Ivano city in the North-west of Ukraine; and since then it is being considered as one of the oldest and leading medical university of Ukraine. Ivano University exclusively received the title of National Medical University by the Government of Ukraine.

IFNMU is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools. It holds the subordination from the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine. It holds the fourth level of accreditation conferred by the State Accreditation Committee of Ukraine, as per record no. of 10 of April 24, 1994.

Black Sea National University has the oldest history with different names at every stage of the past. As a Black Sea National University it was discovered in 1996, and also called with the name of ‘Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University’. It is a branch of National University “Kyiv Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA); which was marked in 1992 as the epitome of western type liberal arts College providing education of the highest calibre which integrates with the international educational standards.

It is the only university of Ukraine that combines western educational technologies with national traditions (Liberal Arts Education).
